Agents:

Training Breakfast Workshops for Agents are held at the Tower Club on Friday mornings at 8:00 AM. There the Agent can converse with the REBFN owners and senior management and discuss the compensation and benefits packages,  the opportunities and specific steps required, all while enjoying breakfast in one of Fort Lauderdale’s most luxurious private clubs. Following breakfast, Agents are walked step-by-step through the process. This 1-hour class details the Six-Steps required by RESPA, and the inner-works of the REBFN website.

Brokers:

Once a Broker has signed on with REBFN, depending upon the number of Agents, 1) an REBFN Training team will come to your office and train your entire staff, or 2) your entire sales force will meet at one time (or in a series of meetings to accommodate large attendance) in a specific instructional location such as Horizon Learning Center. This 1-hour class details the Six-Steps required by RESPA, and the inner-works of the REBFN website, and explains the compensation and benefits packages.
